  • 4) If you choose Free Standard Shipping your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
  • 5)If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
